They discuss a recent study performed by the Macdonald-Laurier Institute that discovers that Canadians desperately want a stronger foreign policy out of Canada, and for our nation to return to respected leaders on the Global Stage. However, we've had 6 Foreign Affair Ministers in the last 5 years, and its going to take a lot of work to get us back to that level.
