According to the ACLU, a test revealed that facial recognition software mistook 20% of California lawmakers as criminals. Democratic State Assemblyman Phil Ting represents the state's 19th district, which includes part of San Francisco. He tells Alex why he's working to keep this software from being used in conjunction with police body cameras.
