Once again we find a high ranking Toronto Police superintendent under investigation due to misconduct. According to sources, Superintendent Scott Baptist allegedly made inappropriate comments towards a woman during a Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police conference in Quebec City last week. Former Toronto Police Officer and 640 Security Analyst, David Perry, joined Alex to discuss this case, and what it means for the police force itself.
