Show Notes
Alex is joned by Carson Phillips, PhD, Managing Director of the Sarah and Chaim Neuberger Holocaust Education Centre in Toronto, to take a closer look at a Toronto private school for girls who were shown a re-imagined performance of William Shakespeare's 'The Merchant of Venice'. During the show, audience members were encouraged by the institution's principal to yell anti-semetic profanity and other disturbing nazi-themed language. She was fired shortly after.
