Show Notes

Wendy Elliott's stepdad had a massive stroke a few years back leaving him paralyzed and unable to speak. Recently, Elliott's mom and stepdad left for a month-long trip in Chile. When they arrived Air Canada let the couple know the airline had lost his custom-made wheelchair. Elliott says the airline believes it has now located the chair and is promising the ship it to Chile. However, she's still frustrated with the lack of care and urgency the airline has provided.
