Car thefts have sky rocketed to close to 50% because of organized crime. Ontario and Quebec with the most thefts. Host Alex Pierson speaks with Bryan Gast, vice-president of investigative services at Equite Association, about insurance rates going up and this is because of car thefts. This is now classified as a 'National Crisis' in the country.
