Alex Pierson speaks with Shelagh Pizey-Allen, executive director of transit advocacy group TTCRiders, about TTC safety - if there's been improvements since the tragic death of 16-year-old Gabriel Magalhaes. On March 26, 2023, Magalhaes was heading home after spending time at the Eaton Centre with friends when he was fatally stabbed at a subway station in what Toronto police have said was an “unprovoked” attack.
