The recruitment of foreign-educated nurses has greatly expanded in the last decade yet little is known about how the recruitment industry operates. In this interview, interim editor-in-chief Shawn Kennedy talks with author Polly Pitman about her research and her conclusions that there is a need for accountability within the industry.
