They chat about how Esther is most widely known for her work in retrospectives even though this is only a fraction of what she has done and continues to do before explaining how she got into that space.
Esther explains how the fact we are not taught the history of management is one of bigger causes for the organisational dysfunctions we continue to see and why some people seem to resist the offer of autonomy.
We discuss her inspirations, and beliefs as well as the disappointing reactions of some organisations during the pandemic.
