In the second episode of our new Prestigious Pints series, we invite none other than "The Product Owner guy" Roman Pichler to our virtual pub! We've been proud to be able to call Roman a friend as well as work with him over the last 15 years and he's inspired us with his work as much as you.
We talked about peer pressure, courage and empowerment as a Product Owner, whether PO's should attend retrospectives and why we shouldn't expect our users to innovate for us.
We discuss how he has seen things change - over the last 20 years in general but also recently during the pandemic - and what he sees for the future.
We also discuss whether he always wanted to be The Product Owner guy and how he feels being known as such.
