Oh what a special episode this is! The boys were back inside a real pub after a full day's fishing! So, to celebrate they had not just one drink but two while talking about what people look for from training and what they ultimately get. This led them on to self-discovery and then status - whether we have a bias for high or low status, whether certain roles are more high or low status and whether our job titles affect our perception of status.
