Living Documentation with Philip Markgraf
We are joined by Philip Markgraf, an experienced technical leader who has spent his career building and leading high-performing software teams in safety-critical industries. Phil teaches us about his method of creating living documentation that reduces the friction in keeping in sync with code, because it is generated from the software tests. He also shares other war stories of effecting meaningful culture change to improve the practices and performance of a development team. This episode was an eye-opener -- thanks Phil!
