I sit down with Gabriel Saragovia to discuss the challenges of building a luxury hotel - Rio Perdido - in Costa Rica.
Rio Perdido is one of the truly special locations in all of Costa Rica. It may be the most Instagrammed property in the entire country, it's fantastic.
But to build it has been what Gabriel calls a 'constant conflict' but he is happy he has gone through the process because he looks at it as one huge learning opportunity.
This viewpoint, I believe, is critical if you want to be successful in Costa Rica and Gabriel has it in spades.
