With a $10 million valuation, Connected Home is looking to raise $2 million to drive expansion in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Dubai—and ultimately the United States—after generating $1.5 million in revenue from an installed base of 1,500 homes. The company integrates its technology with utilities and other services—even food delivery and the quality of air outside the home. The kicker is customers never know they've paid an installation fee and are billed monthly on their utility bill.
