Together they discuss the trajectory of a professional coach learning the art and skill of service-centered coaching and what it takes to grow a financially successful coaching business from the inside out.
Carolyn encourages coaches to slow down in the development process and learn how to put aside the noise in our own heads in order to be fully present in service of clients. She stresses the importance of doing the inner work to become truly effective externally in your business.
