Even with the votes likely in hand, there was still plenty of drama at the Missouri capitol Friday as legislators approved an abortion ban on pregnancies past eight weeks. 41 Action News reporter Steven Dial was in Jefferson City during the vote and provided an update on the drama surrounding the vote.
