Workers have more options — which means small businesses have more opportunities.

If the COVID-19 pandemic has a silver lining, it’s the “Great Resignation.” Across the globe, people are quitting jobs that aren’t fulfilling, challenging, or lucrative enough. Part of that has to do with an expanded social safety net, but there’s more to it than that.

More importantly, the Great Resignation is changing how founders need to manage their teams.

Today, we’ll discuss the mindset of the Great Resigners, and what all businesses (big and small) can do to attract and retain the best talent. We’ll explore what aspects of this transition to a “new normal” in the workplace can be tough for employers — and how they can get over it.

The empowerment of workers is not a disadvantage to business owners, if they’re ready and willing to adapt. In fact, the businesses who get with the times will thrive! Click Play!
