Today's guests Brett Decolyse and Bruce Chen join Justin and Howie to share their stories on managing a startup company in China. Brett and Bruce were integral parts of KargoCard and had much to do with the company's success since its humble beginnings. KargoCard is a leading fintech player focused on delivering innovative mobile payment and prepaid card solutions in China and the greater APAC region. They also provide commentary on Chinese business culture and dealing with cultural barriers while trying to work and live in a foreign land. We discuss their "work hard, play hard" mentality as well as how their experiences within the company and their relationship with KargoCard co-founder David Suzuki shaped their values on friends, family and life.
