NFL Adding Games & More Playoff Teams
The NFL and Players Union are working on extending the collective bargaining agreement which would add another game to the regular season and allow for 7 playoff teams in each conference giving football fans 6 wild card games instead of 4 every season. The Playoff rules would be instituted this upcoming 2020 season and the 17th game could be added to the 2021 regular season.
