Todays Wednesday Wisdom addresses pressure for perfection in auditions and the lies that certain people are perpetuating about self-tapes in the entertainment industry. Alyshia emphasizes the value of embracing "happy mistakes" and authenticity. Alyshia encourages actors to view auditions as part of a creative journey and not seek short-term gimmicks OR people that are selling "bookings" if you take their course. The focus should be on continuous practice, setting goals, and having fun - it's the journey to being a WORKING ACTOR.
