Show Notes

In this episode, we're talking about Red Hat, a prominent player in the open-source community, made waves when it announced its decision to transition RedHat sources to git.centos.org behind a RedHat subscription.  This strategic shift has had far-reaching implications for developers, the open-source community, and the perception of Red Hat's customer-centric approach.  However, their explanations about why they're doing it are straight offensive and disrespectful to their users. Weirdly enough, people don't take to kind to the fact that RedHat is basically calling most of them freeloaders. So, what's going on?
