This episode is SO different and SO exciting! Okay, we are chatting all things gym girl BUT on a budget! The topics included the following:
- Dropping your ego
- Basis foods - oats, pasta, basic meats/ tofu, bulk protein powders
- Basic gym membership, fitness apps, uni gym
- Be realistic about what activewear you can afford - take advantage of the sales girlfriend!
- Priorities? You actually get to choose what you prioritise.
- It’s not all or nothing - you can party, gym and study. Who said you can’t have it all?
- Realistic - 3 to 4 sessions per week
- Be honest with your friends about your priorities and goals regarding fitness and health - this isn’t about them; it’s about you
- The gym and fitness is therapy
- Made me sleep better
- Made me show up more energised in class
- Trial and error - you have the time to!
