Ms. Olivia Poulton is our guest this morning celebrating 100 years of our Texarkana Public Library. Big program today, we start with James Atchley and Michael McQuerry sharing expertise in security with Safe Haven Security Group here in Texarkana. We then visit with Samantha Knox, Jacob Lee, and Dakota Boswell. They organized this last weekend's prayer vigil at the downtown Federal Building.
