Ep 43 - Paris Masters Preview, Vienna, Millman's First Title

Tennis And Bagels Podcast · Andre Rolemberg, Vansh Vermani, Owen Lewis

Show Notes

Vansh and I discuss Vienna, where Djokovic lost shockingly to Sonego, a Lucky Loser, but cliched year end number 1 for the sixth time in the ATP rankings. And then Rublev got another title in his incredible 2020 season, beating Djokovic's conqueror in the final. On other news, Jonathan Millman finally won his first ATP title in the 250 level tournament in Nur-Sultan. Just a couple days after Vansh tweeted that he was a a sad list of best players that never won a title. Good on him that he managed to move to the winners circle!

And then, Paris, where Nadal will play and has a chance (a big chance) of adding a third indoor hard court title to his name. His best chance yet, since he is physically fresh like he has never been before. Could be a catalyst to the ATP Finals in London right after.
