Brazil-born and Barcelona-based ANNA is quickly climbing the ranks with her seductive yet heavy-hitting brand of techno, and with her new release on DECCA/Mercury KX, ambient emotional textures with her new album "Intuitions." DJing since she was 14 years old, cutting her teeth spinning at her father’s nightclub in the outskirts of Sao Paolo. Her journey since then has been marked by passion, hard work and unrelenting dedication to her craft.

ANNA's success has been two decades in the making, stretching back to the nightclub her father owned in the countryside outside São Paulo, where she honed her craft as a DJ from the age of 14. Her journey since then has been marked by passion, hard work and unrelenting dedication to her craft.
On the production front, she’s dropped critically acclaimed music on virtually every significant label in techno, including Hotflush, Drumcode, NovaMute, Clash Lion, Sapiens, Domino with her Jon Hopkins remix, Afterlife and now Mercury KX.
