Paula Vail founded Wellness Inspired in 2008 because she wanted to share the beautiful gift of Reiki. Her goal was to help others expand their knowledge and gain new insight about Reiki as well as gain their own self-empowerment. It all started because of her love of animals. Paula first discovered Reiki because of her beloved dog Shotzy. She was getting old and became ill. Someone suggested that she learn Reiki and give that gift of healing light and love to her dog. She saw how beneficial the Reiki healing was to her. Paula immediately became passionate about Reiki and the wonderful things it can do. Reiki is Paula’s love and passion; she has made giving and teaching Reiki her career. She started her Reiki business, Wellness Inspired, so she could offer Reiki healing to others and share Reiki through teaching.
