Show Notes

In June 1985, Glenn and Marian Head cofounded the Geneva Group, a network of business people formed to support one another in living their highest values in every aspect of their lives, and especially in their businesses. Participants’ commitment to long-term relationships with their clients, staffs, and partners—founded in their belief that we are all connected and thus responsible for the good of the whole—inspired them to develop a set of agreements to guide them in being models for a harmonious world. Marian's diverse experiences as an organizer, facilitator, entrepreneur, and leader include serving on the U.S. Senate staff for nine years, initiating and cochairing the nation’s first graduate school Department of Leadership and Organizational Transformation, serving as program coordinator for the historic Soviet-American Citizens’ Summits in Washington D.C. and Moscow, and cofacilitating the Global Forums of Spiritual and Parliamentary Leaders on Human Survival, in Oxford and Moscow. “Revolutionary Agreements is a though-provoking and inspiring set of techniques to facilitate true peace in personal relationships.”—Former U.S. Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich, 2003 recipient of the Gandhi Peace Award
