In part two of a special Human Rights Day report, we'll tell what happened to Lady Ann "Icy" Salem, the editor of Manila Today who was wrongfully imprisoned after police planted firearms in her apartment. Though in hiding, she's agreed to speak to us about an important project she's about to launch–the Digital Safehouse, an online resource for fellow journalists under attack.
