On May 12, a Muntinlupa court acquitted Leila de Lima of another drug charge. The former senator, who is in her sixth year of detention, is now one step closer to freedom and vindication. FLAG lawyer and criminal law professor, Atty. Ted Te, talks us through one legal remedy available to her: suing for "malicious prosecution."
