Carcar City, Cebu is famous for its Lechon Baboy. But when typhoon Odette struck, markets were empty.
Local lechon vendors were forced to roast their pigs in advance, at least those they were still able to save. Many farmers ended up losing their hogs to the flood as they needed to evacuate and leave their farm animals.
