There come a point, somewhere in your late 40’s or early 50’s, where you look in the mirror and I becomes clear to you that you are not a kid anymore. What happened? Life happened the way it should. The only powerful choice we can make in the face of aging is to accept our ongoing journey with grace and dignity.
