When we are getting ready to hit a target, we want to take the time to insure that our aim is perfect. We want the conditions to be optimal. We want the everything to be ready. However, we can find ourselves aiming, aiming, aiming but never giving it a shot. Ready Fire Aim means having the courage to put it out there knowing we can adjust our aim later.
