Why is watching a movie so fun? Because it allows us to forget that we are in a movie theatre and believe that what we see on the screen is really happening. Our minds are the same. Our awareness is the screen onto which all of our thoughts and feeling are projected. How do we get free from the ones we don’t want? Get up and walk out.
