Google introduces new programs to incentivize developers to create high-quality apps for various devices, reducing app store fees from 30% to 10% for subscriptions and 20% for in-app purchases. The Apps Experience and Games Level Up programs offer additional savings, up to 5% outside the US. Developers must meet performance and user experience standards for selected devices.
