Do you know the difference between accountability and responsibility? Most of us don't. In fact, we use these terms interchangeably. But their meaning (and thus the outcomes) are very different.
Kevin lays out the differences of these words, why they are important, and when he does it becomes obvious we are often teaching in the wrong way. Once you understand the definitions and their applications, the way you teach will forever change.
