Evaluation is an important part of any professional development programme - it helps you know that what you wanted to achieve is actually happening. But it can feel hard to find the time to do it well, and there are lots of complicated approaches and bits of advice out there. In this episode we'll go back to basics, asking our expert guests what evaluation is, why it matters, how you do it well, what mistakes do people make, and where should you start.
