Most people who have studied gastronomy tourism in Europe and certainly in Spain, have heard of David Mora. A consultant, speaker and professor on both gastronomy tourism and wine tourism, David has a noteworthy reputation in our industry. He has always had a passion for tourism, so much so in fact, that it's hard for him to relax because he's always reading books, reports and research about tourism and hospitality, to better himself and his work. His passion, or emotion, comes out in everything he does, and connects perfectly with the name of his business - Emoturismo. And as a lover of tourism, what better place to live than in the seaside town of Getxo, on the Basque Coast.
