Dr. Dan Plews is a Physiologist, Sport Scientist, and researcher who also happens to be a triathlon coach and the Ironman Kona AG course record holder, which he achieved in 2018 with a time of 8:24. Dan lives a low carb, high fat lifestyle, and is an expert in Heart Rate Variability (HRV), which he uses as a cornerstone of his own training and coaching.
