Show Notes

You know him on Instagram as the triathlete who runs in a speedo. Justin Lippert was a successful NCAA collegiate track and cross country runner at Clemson before he quit running altogether after his junior year. When some of his running buddies took up triathlon, Justin figured he'd try it too. Not only did he quickly fall in love with the sport, after just one summer of serious training, he won the 2018 Age Group Nationals in both the Sprint and Olympic distances, and the 2018 70.3 Long Course national championships. After that, he was invited to the Zwift Tri Academy, which was an experience of a lifetime. He also founded the Full Send Triathlon team. What's next for Lippert? Will he turn pro? We'll find out.
