Tampas PMG Affordable to Redevelop Four City-Owned Properties for Affordable Housing
Tampa has selected PMG Affordable to transform four city-owned properties into affordable housing. The project, located on the northern edge of downtown, will include 1,150 residential units and retail space. Notably, 70% of these units will be affordable or workforce housing, with half going to those earning 80% or less of the area median income and 20% for those between 80% and 140%. The development aims to include high-rise buildings and pocket parks, with plans to improve connections to the Riverwalk and Straz Center. The project is still in early planning stages, with no set timeline yet.
