St. Petersburgs Development Review Commission approved a new eleven-unit complex in the Bartlett Park area, replacing eleven historic bungalow apartments. The project, owned by BUILD Nashville, features two buildings with studios and two-bedroom units, garage parking, and private spaces. Despite flooding issues and zoning limitations, the commission granted variances for alley parking and better spacing. Construction must begin before April 2029 to maintain housing stock in the neighborhood.
