29-year-old Logan Williams, from Seffner, received multiple life sentences for attempting to murder a Hillsborough County deputy. The incident began when Williams assaulted his 87-year-old grandmother, then fled in his car, ramming a patrol vehicle and injuring a deputy and civilian. After a trial, Williams was sentenced to two consecutive life terms and 105 years in prison. In a separate incident, a family and neighbor were injured when their golf cart flipped after colliding with a car driven by a teenager.
