Governor DeSantis orders flags at half-staff to honor Major Cody Khork, a Winter Haven soldier killed in a drone strike in Kuwait. Khork, a Florida Southern College graduate, deployed to Saudi Arabia, Cuba, and Poland during his career. A new ROTC scholarship is established in his memory. Funeral services and burial are planned for March 23rd.
