Show Notes

On May 27, 1984, 8-year-old Christy Luna vanished from her Greenacres home in Florida. Nearly 42 years later, Palm Beach County Sheriffs named Warren Gilbert Williams Junior as a new person of interest in the cold case. Williams, a Lake Worth resident at the time, was at Belks General Store around 2:30-3:00 p.m. that afternoon. He had a history of child molestation and died in prison in 2016. Despite decades of investigation, including excavations and leads on other suspects, no evidence was found until an anonymous tip led to the excavation of Williams old property. However, no human remains or evidence were discovered. Christys family, including her ailing mother, continues to seek closure, and other past suspects remain on the list as the search continues.
