Rod talks about how sinners incline to moralism and synergism, how we are natural fruit-measurers who prefer to look to ourselves, and what good news there is for people who struggle with fears that their fruit is revealing that he or she is a 'bad tree', as Jesus described in Matthew 7:16-20 and Luke 6:43.
