This week we are extremely lucky to be joined by Emma Frodeno (Snowsill), Australia's only Olympic triathlon gold medalist, Commonwealth gold medalist, and three time world champion. We look back at her journey through triathlon, how it led to the high of 2008, how that race felt, and what followed. This is an amazing opportunity to do a deep dive into success at the highest level of our sport (and laugh about it!)
We also discuss the possibility of Ironman moving their world championship to 2021 and doubling up in that year, while Tim talks through the changes being made to the IMVR series (he's a big fan).
