This week we sink our teeth into the announcement of the PTO and the Collins Cup (or more try to work out what it is) then we are joined by Olympic gold medal favourite and WTS World Champion, Vincent Luis. We discuss how he is preparing for the World's biggest sporting event. what has changed for him to be more successful and what motivates and pushes him to keep improving.
