His restaurant started in a gas station and has since expanded to multiple locations, including Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Derrick is also a community advocate, supporting cancer research, and the David & Derrick Hayes College Fund. Recognized nationally by Forbes, Good Morning America, and Essence Magazine, Derrick embodies entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and culinary excellence.
