The Games are heading to New York. Albany is the official home of the 2025 CrossFit Games. Lauren gives us a local's view of the capital of the Empire State. We have an updated rulebook for this year's season. Sean, Tommy and Lauren take a look at how Open registration affects prize money and how much each stage could pay with an assist from our friends at The Morning Chalk Up. We have dates and locations for the three World Fitness Project events, and Open registration is live!
