Joe Yerdon Dishes On Sabres Head Coach Don Granato

It’s the final week of Talking Buffalo Podcast episodes being recorded in Florida (maybe forever) and Patrick Moran has his favorite recurring guest, Joe Yerdon slated for both shows. Today the focus is on the Buffalo Sabres formally removing the interim tag from Don Granato and making him the 20th head coach in franchise history and sixth since Terry Pegula bought the team in 2010. Joe has a ton of thoughts on Granato and why he thinks the Sabres made (rare) good move by retaining him with a reported three-year deal. Of course, there’s already wide-spread speculation that Jack Eichel will soon be traded and Joe explains why this move makes that a foregone conclusion.
